My local Tops charges $4.99 for chicken so for the smallest 4lb pack I would pay $20-$13.50 in free items(and they go by the sale price on these items) = 4lbs/6.50 which is a Great deal. Although be sure if you choose to do these deals that you will actually use all of the items. Otherwise it wont be as great of a  deal
