if you have never used savingstar here is how it works.
1)sign up
2)add your store card numbers to your account
3)go shopping
4)you will receive your rebate
If your card is connected you don't have to submit for the rebate.
For stores that don't have cards (like Walmart, target) you will have to submit your receipt.
