You will need:
4 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
3/4 cup warm water
* Mix 3.5 cups flour, baking powder and salt
* Add oil and water and start mixing
* When the dough is mixed well move to a flat surface. Flour surface first with the remaining flour.
* Cut dough in half repeatedly and roll each piece into a ball until you get 16 balls
* Let balls rest on a floured surface for 30 mins. Cover with a clean towel.
* Roll out the balls until they are about 6" wide.
* Cook on a skillet one at a time. Cook first side for about 1 min. then flip second side will only need to cook for about 30 seconds.
If you over cook and they are stiff you can use them to make personal pizzas
